Cambodia Kun Khmer
For the first time a Kun Khmer boxing competition was held in Cambodia between Cambodian and French fighters. If the three fights involving men were well worth watching because of the technical qualities of the contestants on both sides, the women fight between the French Lelo Page and Sok Sreytouch was settled quickly in the early stages of the first round, the French largely outclassing her Khmer opponent. There was an obvious lack of preparation on behalf of the Cambodian. But then it is understandable: she is working in a factory from 7am to 16pm, rarely, for decency reasons, trains certain aspects of the fighting which require close body contact, was not coached properly, had to share the dressing room with the men and therefore could not get a proper massage prior to the fight, again for decency reasons.
